In addition to providing a Document Database feature set for PostgreSQL, Marten also comes with a rich capability for event sourcing. While there are plenty of other tools for event sourcing, we think Marten stands apart for its ease of getting started. Building on top of PostgreSQL means that Marten is well supported on all the major cloud hosting providers.
